We are thrilled to share the highlights of a transformative session arranged for our students, led by the Honourable Shri Anish Prasad Sir (an IITian, IPS, Vedic Scholar and Researcher), in collaboration with two esteemed trusts, Rational Astro and ENF.

On December 18, a delegation from TCS, Mr. Soumya Sukumar, Head of North Region CSR, visited Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Varanasi, at Gajokhar. Accompanying Mr. Sukumar were esteemed members of the Ex Navodayan Foundation, including Mr. Nagendra Singh (Trustee), Mr. Kanhaiya Singh (Chief of Fund Raising), and Mr. Ambuj Tiwari (Senior Program Manager.)
The primary objective of this visit was to engage with promising young minds, specifically students of Class 11 and 12 aspiring to pursue careers in engineering (IIT JEE) and medicine (NEET).
Following a cordial meeting with the school principal and a comprehensive tour of the campus, Mr. Sukumar shared his inspiring success story with the students.
He emphasized the importance of not only academic excellence but also active citizenship, encouraging them to contribute positively to society's well-being and overall development. This visit served as a valuable opportunity for the students to gain valuable insights and motivation from industry leaders, fostering a spirit of ambition and social responsibility within the school community.

On December 7, a delegation from the Ex Navodayan Foundation, Varanasi, graced the annual Sports Day celebration at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Gajokhar. Led by Mr. Nagendra Singh, Managing Trustee, and accompanied by Mr. Brijesh Singh, Trustee, the Foundation witnessed an exhilarating display of athleticism as 24 JNVs across India competed in a thrilling volleyball tournament.
In recognition of his invaluable contributions to the holistic development of JNV students, Mr. Nagendra Singh presented a special honor to Mr. Sudhir Mishra, PT Teacher of JNV, Gazipur. This esteemed accolade acknowledged Mr. Mishra's dedication to nurturing both the mental and physical well-being of the students under his guidance.

From past one month, our team and faculties are on continuous visit of JNVs where ENF provides online assistance to JNV students in preparing for JEE and NEET. During the visit, online students had opportunity to interact in person with faculties and our team had opportunity to:
• Interact with JNV administrations and students regarding the feedback of online program.
• Provide carrier guidance and mentoring to the students.
• Solve students queries related to JEE, NEET and PCMB subjects.

We are pleased to share that the new session of class 11th for TPPDL (Lakshya Classes) has been started from first week of October. 100 students are selected for the classes and will get the benefit of free preparation of JEE/NEET for 2 years. In first the week of session, Mr. Vinay Kumar from Tata Power DDL and Mr. Ambuj Tiwari from ENF have given an orientation to the students about the program guideline, introduction about classes, curriculum. Faculties and team were introduced to the students. Students are excited about program.
We are immensely grateful to TPDDL for their generous sponsorship of our program and for providing the necessary infrastructure to conduct our classes.
ENF Team is on continuous visit of its offline CoE centres to interact with the students, monitor their progress and performance and motivate them. This week, ENF Team has arrived to interact with the CoE students at JNV Prayagraj and Mirjapur, after visiting all the CoE centres at JNV Rajgir, JNV Ranchi, JNV Varanasi and Delhi. CoE at JNV Prayagraj is our oldest offline centres and has produced many marvellous results in the past including all India rank 1 in NEET. Mirjapur centre has been introduced last year in July only for the female students of rural area to provide the help for the preparation of JEE and NEET competitive exams. Mirjapur centre is our step towards empowering the women of rural area.
We are grateful to the ENF Faculties who are residing at the centres for the student’s benefit and we are incredibly proud of our student with their performances.
We had organized the selection test for Lakshya Classes at the centre ASOSE Rohini sec 18 to select 100 students for the preparation of JEE and NEET. We launched Lakshya classes in year 2022 with the support of Tata power DDL. We are immensely grateful to TPDDL for their generous sponsorship for our program.
We are pleased to share that ENF has inaugurated a CoE (Centre of Excellence) at JNV Ranchi on 30th August. ENF’s Managing trustee (Mr. Nagendra Singh), Trustee (Mr. Brijesh Singh) and ENF team with 45 selected students (20 girls and 25 boys) for CoE have been enthusiastically hosted the inauguration program. We extend our sincere gratitude to the chief guests Smt. Neelam Pani (DC, NVS RO Patna), Shri N.C. Kar (AC NVC RO, Patna) and Shri Manoj Kumar (Secretary Gov. of Jharkand & Alumni of JNV Ranchi) for attending the event. Your presence truly made a significant difference.

ENF managing trustee & trustee visited the at CoE JNV Rajgir and interacted with all the students of CoE. Students have shared their experience at CoE and asked many question to the ENF Team related to competitive exams (JEE & NEET) and carrier opportunities after receiving Medical and Engineering degrees from prestigious institutes. Mr. Nagendra Singh and Mr. Brijesh Singh from ENF have listened to them and satisfied their curiosity by mentoring them. It was a fruitful interaction with the students. Their dedication to become doctor or engineer in the future is commendable.

“सर, मुझे सर एक मौका दीजिए, मैं पूरी कोशिश करूंगा।” मैने ये अपने पी.टी. सर (सुधीर मिश्रा सर) से कहा था और आज मैं इसरो में वैज्ञानिक बन गया तो मुझे ये लाइन याद आ गई। एक औसत छात्र से शुरू करके मेरे यहां तक के सफर में सबसे बड़ा योगदान पी.टी. सर और नागेंद्र सर का रह गए, जिन्होंने मुझे मौका दिया।
मेरा नाम आदित्य अग्रहरी है, मैंने 10वीं जेएनवी ज्ञानपुर से और 12वीं जेएनवी प्रयागराज से की है और फर्स्ट ईएनएफ बैच का छात्र होने का भी मौका मिला है। मैं एक औसत छात्र था, लेकिन एक विश्वास था कि कुछ बढ़िया तो कर ही लेंगे। फ़िर ईएनएफ बैच के बदौलात मैंने आईआईटी-जेईई क्रैक किया और आईआईएसटी, केरल में प्रवेश लिया और अंत में इसरो में वैज्ञानिक बना।

ENF Team has recently visited the JNV Varanasi. Managing trustee of ENF, Mr. Nagendra Singh has been interacted with students and school’s administration. Students have been guided according to their status of class during the interaction with them:
*Curiosity of 10th class students about the preparation of engineering and medical has been resolved.
*11th class students have been answered for how to make strategies, strengthen the basics, prepare notes of important topics and many more.
*12th class students should be much more focused now, time management is important, and stay motivated trick to attempt questions smartly.
Mr. Singh interacted with JNV’s administration to show gratitude for their immense support.
COE at JNV Ranchi is the new addition to our offline COE centers, to provide in person coaching for JEE and NEET aspirants. Students for CoE Ranchi are selected through the entrance exam and classes have been started from first week of August. Center of Excellence is a program at JNVs which offers specialized coaching to the selected JNV students for the preparation of Engineering and medical. ENF teachers and executive will reside at the COE center with the students to guide and mentor them about the preparation of engineering and medical.

We are excited to announce that 34 schools of Ahmedabad Rural have been registered with Ex Navodayan foundation under the SEED program (Student Education Excellence and Development Program). Managing trustee of ENF, Mr. Nagendra Singh was invited in an event at Ahmedabad on 18th July to orient about the SEED program to the students, parents and teachers. With the support of Tata Motors and the DEO of Ahmedabad Rural, ENF (Knowledge partner) is now providing the online coaching to the JEE and NEET aspirants of these 34 schools and its classes has already started from 8th August.

We are pleased to share that the CSR head of Kotak Securities, Mrs. Parama Deb has recently visited our CoE center at JNV Prayagraj and ENF Head office at Varanasi. CoE Prayagraj Centre has been supported by the CSR Initiative by Kotak Securities. Mrs. Deb has interacted with the students, and teachers and inspected the available facilities for students at the center. Mrs. Deb also stopped by the ENF office in Varanasi and interacted with the entire ENF team. We sincerely thank Mrs. Deb for her quality time and valuable suggestions.
ENF has conducted an Orientation session for JNV students under the ENABLE Program, which provides Online JEE/NEET preparation classes to JNVs.
The purpose of this session is to provide-
• A brief introduction about the program to Science stream students.
• An Overview of JEE/NEET.
• Registration procedure for New Students
• An idea of ENABLE Program Execution
• Facilities available under the program for the students

We are pleased to share that ENF Alumni and students of AIIMs Delhi; Deepak Sahu have recently visited our CoE (Center of Excellence) at JNV Varanasi and JNV Prayagraj on our invitation. Deepak Sahu scored AIR 5 and Category Rank 1 in the NEET exam 2021. He had faced many challenges like financial crises, the Pandemic (COVID), newly introduced online classes, and many more but nothing could stop him from achieving his goal. ENF is witness to his consistent hard work and provided all the support he required to prepare for NEET. Deepak has also visited the ENF Office to meet his teachers and showed his gratitude to them. ENF would like to thank Deepak Sahu for giving his precious time to CoE Varanasi & CoE Prayagraj students for sharing his experience with them and mentoring them.
